For Wisconsin residents, your library card is FREE!!! The charge for non-residents (out-state) is $25. Cards are free for out-state UWRF students.

Any Wisconsin resident is eligible for a library card. Visit the library with proof of your current residential street address with 1) a Wisconsin driver’s license or photo ID with your current address or 2) a photo ID and something else that shows your current local street address such as mail, bills, a lease, paycheck, etc.  If you are a UWRF student, you must also have your UWRF student ID.
