LIBRARY HOURS
- Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. – 8 p.m.
- Friday from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
- Saturday from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
- Closed on Sunday
Book drop closed on Union Street
The book drop is closed on the Union Street side of the building from 6:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday due to construction until Friday, December 13.
Temporary closure
December 15 – 25
The library building (main and lower levels) will be closed Sunday, December 14 – Thursday, December 25.
Monday, December 15 through Saturday, December 20 and Monday, December 22 though Tuesday, December 23
- You will still be able to pick up your holds by ringing the doorbell at the main library entrance off the parking lot.
- Returns must go in the outside slot on the Union Street side of the building. Due dates will be extended.
- Please look for signs directing you to both locations.
- Extended wifi will still be available outside the perimeter of the building stretching to the parking lot and street.
During this closure, moving crews and library staff will shift furniture and materials and set up for the public to return to the newly renovated phase 1 area of the Library. Renovations to the flooring in the lobby will also take place during this time.
The library will be completely closed on Wednesday, December 24 and Thursday, December 25.
The library will open back up to the public on Friday, December 26.

The only exceptions are when a holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday. Closed dates will be listed each year for those exceptions.
The library is open on the federal holidays not listed above (Presidents’ Day, Juneteenth, and Columbus Day, and Veterans Day).
