Meeting rooms at the Library
Reserve a Meeting Room
Meeting room reservations will only be accepted in person or by phone at 715-425-0905.
Users must complete a meeting room contract before using meeting rooms.
Please request a form at the Reference Desk after scheduling your meeting, either in person at the library or by calling 715-425-0905.
- All groups, whether governmental, for-profit or non-profit are invited to use the library’s meeting rooms; however, no fees may be charged and no sales may be made when using the Library meeting rooms.
- Rooms may not be used by organizations for commercial purposes, or for private social events for individuals.
- Meetings held in the Library are considered public meetings, open to all wishing to attend.
STUDY ROOMS
Study Rooms are located in the library proper. There are three (3) study rooms. Each study room has a built-in table and two (2) chairs. Attendance may not exceed the maximum number of people certified as the occupancy limit for the room. Study Room limit is 2. Study Rooms are first-come, first-served, no reservations.

Meeting Room
The David M. Smith Meeting Room is located on the east side of the building off of the foyer.

Board Room
The board room is located inside the library close to the study rooms and AV area.
- 20 chairs

- No coffee pot

Storytime Room
The storytime room (or solarium) is located inside the library in the Children’s area.
- 8 chairs and bench seating
- 5 tables
- No projector or screen
- No coffee pot
Comfortably holds up to 12 people
Meeting room limit is 35
The room may be used for children’s programs, crafting, or other small groups.

Community Room
The Community Room is located in the lower level and includes movable walls.
- Up to 200 chairs
- Up to 20 tables
- Projector and screen
- Podium and sound system
- Coffee pot and kitchenette
Comfortably holds 100 people

Gallery
The Kleinpell Gallery is located at the far end of the lower level.
- 25 chairs
- 6 tables
- Screen, ask for projector
- Can include podium and sound
- No coffee pot
Comfortably holds 50 people
Room limit is 227
Can be used for theater productions.
MEETING ROOM EQUIPMENT
The library has LCD projectors, a TV, and a DVD/VCR player for use in the meeting rooms.
The LCD projectors have HDMI and VGA video connections that are intended to be used with computers that have a HDMI or VGA video-out port.
If you have a computer or device without an HDMI or VGA port, you will need to provide your own adapter to use the projectors.
Most Mac computers and all iPads, tablets and smart phones will need an adapter.
