On Saturday, August 17 from NOON to 1:00 p.m., join author and educator Kurt Griesemer from the Wisconsin Historical Society for a program celebrating the history of Dungeons & Dragons and insight into how the WHS is celebrating the 50th anniversary of this influential fantasy role-playing game. The presentation will be in person in the library lower level or virtual on the library Facebook and YouTube.
Then, from 2:00 – 6:00 p.m., join an in person only party of fellow adventurers for a Wisconsin-themed gaming session of an original D&D 5e-compatible adventure from the Wisconsin Historical Society Newcomers are welcome, but space is limited and registration is required.
