Through a partnership with University of Wisconsin Extension, we’re offering a FREE 10-week exercise series at the Library from January 13 – March 21. Classes take place from 9:00 – 10:00 a.m. (before the Library opens) in the Lower Level of the Library. You’ll need to bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Space is limited! REQUIRED REGISTRATION HERE
The StrongBodies twice weekly, progressive resistance training, balance training, and flexibility exercises have been shown to increase strength, muscle mass and bone density.
